It will ask for confirmation, so select Yes to enable. From Addons, you simply have to click on Unknown Source. After switching to Advanced or Expert, now from the left panel, click on the Plugins section. Now on the left side below, switch from Basic Settings to Advanced or Expert (otherwise the unknown source option will not appear).
